Shipping policy

 

Shipping is £5 in the United Kingdom

We use UPS as our shipping partner and a tracking number will be emailed to you at dispatch.  Delivery issues must be reported to us within 48 hours.  Please allow extra time for shipping during busy times such as Black Friday and Christmas.  Sometimes a delivery can take several days as the Courier services are super busy.

We will not ship without a telephone number added with the order. This enables our Courier Service to contact the receiver and could save a parcel being held in a depot needlessly. All orders require a signature upon delivery. We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or delivery mistakes as a result of incorrect data entry.
